Building on the Leadership Promise around 2,000 first-line people leaders will attend one of the eight full-day sessions held over November and December to share the WMP story - a clear view of where the force is heading and your role in delivering it.
We’ve planned the day to appeal to different learning styles with the opportunity to talk with colleagues, take part in discussions and attend practical workshops designed to help you develop your leadership practice – something leaders like you have asked for.
All you have to do is choose a day that suits you the best. In order to get the most out of the day we’re asking you to complete a series of short tasks giving you an insight into what to expect and prepare you for the day ahead.
Lunch and refreshments are provided for everyone – or maybe just the ones that have done their homework!
Look forward to seeing you there.
Book your Place
Booking your slot couldn’t be easier.
Make sure you open in Google Chrome, for the best experience. If you are experiencing issues using a desktop, try your mobility device.
If you need to amend or cancel your session, just re-log onto eventbrite and update your details.
And if you experience any difficulties please contact the team on firstname.lastname@example.org
The venue for all dates is Lord Knights Suite, Tally Ho.
We’re not asking for too much but it would be beneficial for you to arrive fully briefed, prepared and ready to take part.
Take some time out to listen to a short message from the Chief sharing his vision for the event and how this investment in your development will positively impact our work – available to view both at work and at home.
Next, check how you are performing against the Leadership promise – a great opportunity to identify your strengths and development areas and offering you some food for thought ahead of your chosen session.
